RESEARCH INTERESTS
There is so much unexplored potential in regards to understanding how the relationships within socioecological systems may enhance community functions and resilience. Which is why I want to continue identifying and understanding the areas across Baja California that are acting as refuges for marine communities from oceanographic extreme events and design management strategies to conserve these.
Whenever I’m not at the lab, you can find me binge-watching Gilmore Girls or singing my way through a Broadway musical.

– The Ocean Foundation for their Marine Mammal Research for MPA and MEA’s for the Wider Caribbean region.
